| Our process is a very simple consultation and requires both parties be committed to being successful.
There is always a financial risk with marketing, no method or idea is 100% without risk. But most methods fail because of lack of research, understanding and follow through.
We will advise you as to what we believe will work best for your unique business operation. Step One | Consultation* As often as we can, we like to meet face-to-face, especialy during the Consultation phase. During this step, we will gain an understanding into your business, review your marketing history, and most importantly evaluate your short- and long-term marketing needs. This is not always a quick process, because we would rather make sure we are geting all the information right the first time. Understanding a business, its demographic and geographic location and it's services and products, is vital to the success of what methods are used to help it grow in its community. We consider you the expert of knowing your own business, and we value your expertise above all the research we will unravel. Our expertise comes in finding the pattern of success that will allow you to advertise with confidence. *Depending on your project, we discuss project costs and contract requirements if they apply to your project. Step Two | Research We will take all the notes and findings from the consultation and go right to work. Often times it starts by analyzing what advertising you've done in the past, and the results and costs that followed. From there we will study the reasons for success and failure, and see if there are things that we can help you do better. Once we have a better understanding of your business and how it operates, we can research what methods will fits your business style. Step Three | Proposal This is where we discuss our findings and ideas. We will present you with a straight forward, no non-sense plan. The ideas will be rough concepts and cost estimates, but we want to ensure that you fully understand the concepts before we move into production. Get your toes wet before jumping into the pool, so to speak. Step Four | Proofing During this step, we will go over each project individually, proofing it until it meets your requirements for approval. Our designs will be proofed to you in a PDF format. You will then review the proof and suggest feedback. We will go back and forth during this step until the project has satisfied your expectation. Step Five | Final Once you have approved the project, we will settle up billing and prepare the files for delivery. We also assist after final billing for projects like websites, printing, buying media and so forth, depending on the contract requirements. |
